At Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL), we have signposting sessions to inform and support learners who are facing challenges such as addiction, homelessness and mental health issues. We have placed posters around FEL’s FTA academies to help learners with additional support services, including mental health support and careers advice.
Also, we would like to encourage learners to report any concerns by showing posters with a dedicated phone number and email address for this purpose.
We value our learners’ feedback and have created posters with the message, “You said, We listened.” For example, based on feedback, learners expressed a need for guidance on next steps and progression routes. In response, we are incorporating Next Steps and Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) sessions into the curriculum.
