Fashion-Enter Ltd in Haringey had another busy week, commencing 26th May, of on-site learning visits led by FEL Director, Caroline Ash. Each visit is structured so that it is relevant for each group and their learning journey, and combines a seminar with a factory tour so that the visitors can see the garment production process firsthand.
Reviewing the week Caroline said: “We kicked off the week with a return visit from The Fashion Institute of Technology, NY. They were a brilliant group – the questions didn’t stop, and we had some really good discussions. It was lovely seeing the tutor again, and the whole session was such an enjoyable one. The feedback was amazing!
“Next we had the Level 4 Fast Track Buying & Merchandising group from the Fashion Retail Academy they were an incredibly bright, engaged cohort. We covered a huge amount of content across all the subjects relevant to their course, and the pace and depth of discussion made for a really productive session. The factory tour was a particular highlight – it was a real eye-opener for them, and they loved seeing the processes in action firsthand.
“We wrapped up the week with the University of North Texas – their fourth visit to us, and they were brilliant as always. We managed to pack a lot into a short space of time, and the group were fully engaged with questions flowing throughout, which always makes for a fantastic seminar. I’m already looking forward to seeing them again next year.”
