On Thursday, December 4th, Fashion-Enter Ltd’s Head of Education, Lan Leeder visited the current cohort of NEXT apprentices to conduct an observation and also participated in one of their afternoon sessions on Legislation, led by Andrea Leigh, Product Legislation Manager and Mike Roberts, International Compliance Manager.
As part of the apprenticeship programme, the Head of Education regularly observes the apprentices at work. This will provide insight into their roles, assess their current knowledge, identify any learning gaps and document observations related to the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors (KSBs).
Lan Leeder commented: “It’s always great to observe and interact with the apprentices at work. It’s great to see the new skills they have gained on the job and how these relate to the KSBs. The apprentices enjoy working at NEXT, and it’s clear they have learned a lot. This is my last visit to NEXT as they are now entering Gateway.”
