Q What’s a typical day like for you?
C: I hit the Gym 6.15 – 6.30. Head out to for work 7.30 – arrive at work around 8.50, whilst at work I am mainly answering enquires from students, fashion companies and university’s regarding the services Fashion Enter provides. I liaise with all the departments; there are quite a few under the Fashion Enter umbrella from the Factory, Fashion Studio, Fashion Technology Academy, Stitching Academy, FashionCapital, Belles of London and Fabric Studio with more departments being developed. Each day is different I can be talking to potential clients on an exhibition stand one day while organising an educational group factory tour the next.
Q Tell us about your career route, where did it all start for you?
C: I studied a degree at the London College of Fashion in Fashion Communication and Visual Merchandising. Not long after graduating I started working in Fashion PR with brands such a Levis, Office shoes and boutique jewellery brands. I then moved into sales and product development with High Street fashion suppliers I worked my way up to Account Manager and Head of Sales.
Q What key skills / attributes would you say are essential for this role?
C: Good communication skills and organisation.
Q What is your most memorable work moment?
C: Having to fit Orlando Bloom with Levis Jeans as a Junior Account Manger when I worked in PR for Levis was a definite highlight!
Q What is the worst part of the job?
C: Filing.
Q Best piece of advice you have been given?
C: Be kind as people will always remember how they felt when they first met you.
Q Is there anyone in the fashion sector that you think is inspirational?
C: Christian Dior – I love the elegance and femininity.

C: Sleep…I love my bed LOL!
