Seminar and tour lead, Caroline Ash, was kept busy throughout the week, commencing 23rd February, with three visiting groups wanting to learn directly from the factory floor.
Caroline said: “We kicked off the week with London College of Fashion (LCF) students studying an MA in Global Fashion Retailing. The seminar was a hit – we dived into how tech is reshaping the industry, and they were blown away by Style3D and our cutting-edge knitwear technology. They loved seeing firsthand how these innovations are streamlining production and pushing sustainability boundaries.

“Next up, we welcomed Ravensbourne University students wrapping up their first module on product development. The main goal was to get a factory perspective on the garment lifecycle, so we spent a good chunk of time on the factory tour, exploring the tech that factories use. They learned loads, and it really brought their current studies to life – great to see it all click into place for them.

“We wrapped up the week with a high school group from China who spoke very little English. We focused on the factory tour, and I managed to make myself understood somehow – ended up using a lot of gestures and smiles! Still, they seemed to get a lot out of it.”

Feedback was extremely positive and enthusiastic, and included…
