Fashion-Enter Ltd and its educational arm, the Fashion Technology Academy (FTA), place strong emphasis on fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative working environment. Regular team meet-ups and informal breakfasts with the CEO, and occasionally Directors, are an important part of this culture, encouraging open conversation, reflection and valuable downtime away from day-to-day pressures.
At Fashion-Enter, team building is seen as essential to maintaining staff wellbeing and strengthening relationships across teams. The FTA team, in particular, occasionally comes together for breakfast at a local café, creating space to connect, share experiences and celebrate achievements.
On 18th December, the FTA team gathered for their final breakfast of 2025. It marked the end of a particularly busy year in which the team delivered a wide range of courses and workshops, attended industry events and successfully navigated an Ofsted inspection in November.

Reflecting on the occasion, Head of Education at the FTA, Lan Leeder, said: “Thank you Jenny, for the breakfast. It was great to meet and talk about anything! 2025 was a busy year, and let’s hope 2026 will be a good one.”
These moments of connection highlight Fashion-Enter Ltd and FTA’s ongoing commitment to teamwork, open dialogue and a positive working culture as they look ahead to the year ahead.
