Fashion Capital will be hosting the ‘Sampling Masterclass’ with Fashion designer and Consultant Sue Mee Maudsley on Thursday 25th January 2018.
Sue has over 25 years in the fashion industry designing and consulting for brands such as; Monsoon, Topshop, Burberry, John Lewis, Warehouse and much more. Sue also designs and consults start-up brands with guidance on producing their own collections.
Sue Mee Maudsley has a vast range of experience internationally within the fashion industry including; range planning, designing collections, working with manufacturer’s and sourcing trends and fabrics. The aim of the Masterclass is to equip individuals with the essential knowledge of how to take their design ideas through the sampling process to the finished product. Sue will be discussing the multi stage processes of sampling such as; sourcing fabrics and trims, how to create a fit sample, how to pass tech packs to manufacturers and much more.
