Lan Leeder, Head of Education at FEL, said: “We are nearly at the end of training as the apprentices are about to enter the gateway in a few weeks. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the managers involved and to all the apprentices for their hard work. At FEL, we go above and beyond to ensure apprentices receive high-quality training. We had over 10 enrichment sessions, including guest speakers and participation in workshops such as Barrie Knitwear and LaundRe. The recent mock tests assessed the apprentices’ competence and indicated a high level of understanding; all scored over 80%. This demonstrates the level of knowledge attained during the training.”
