On 24th August Fashion-Enter Ltd Director, Caroline Ash welcomed a fantastic group from Sewing Squad Social for a visit and tour of the factory. The group consisted of a diverse mix of people, with a wide range of experience and backgrounds within the fashion industry, which made for a particularly engaging session.
The group was extremely enthusiastic and curious throughout the visit, asking a huge number of questions and sharing their own experiences and perspectives. This led to some really interesting discussions around garment production, manufacturing processes, skills, technology and the realities of working within the fashion industry.
One of the highlights of the visit was the factory tour, which gave the group the opportunity to see industrial production methods first-hand. Seeing the machinery, production techniques and different stages of garment manufacture in action really helped to bring the whole process to life.
Caroline said: “It was a pleasure to host such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable group. Their genuine interest, willingness to ask questions made the visit both enjoyable and highly interactive. We thoroughly enjoyed having Sewing Squad Social with us and hope they left with a greater insight into what really happens behind the scenes of garment manufacturing.”

Feedback from the group included:
