On 2nd December 2025, Fashion-Enter Ltd (FEL) successfully completed a moderation with SEG on the Level 3 Certificate in Fashion and Textile (Bespoke Tailoring).

Jan Wise, SEG moderator, said: ‘The centre has, once again, delivered a high quality, professional course which the learner has responded to very well. The work is excellent and professional. The three units were presented in one detailed, illustrated workbook with each illustrated element labelled to show the assessment criteria that was being met. Every stage of work has been photographed and makes an excellent record of the making process of the garment.”
All work had been checked by the assessor to ensure that the level and the assessment criteria had been met.
Most pages were annotated with teacher/assessor feedback with positive comments.
All illustrations were high quality. To make tracking easier when reading through the work, it would be easier to track if the words of the A/Cs were written at the front of the workbook rather than the notations. All tracking was signed off. Hand drawn sketches were clear and annotated.
All photographs were clear and showed stages of preparation and making. Self reflection notes are informative. Teacher feedback is handwritten throughout the workbook and thoroughly supportive.
Health and safety information is detailed, accurate and met the unit requirements.
Witness testimonies gave detailed supportive evidence. An excellent portfolio of work.’
Head of Education at FEL, Lan Leeder said: “Francesco Vuoto is our tailoring teacher and works at Savile Row. He has many years of tailoring experience. Francesco is very knowledgeable, calm, and a fantastic teacher — all his students produce outstanding work!”
