Retail is a constantly evolving and dynamic industry which now combines eTail and bricks-and-mortar retail together. Both forms of selling are equalling challenging and therefore Fashion-Enter has created a unique blended way of teaching that allows learners to acquire all the salient knowledge, behaviours and skills that is right for today's industry.

Aided by the opening of a dedicated retail unit Fashion-Enter has a live learning opportunity for all learners so they have a real education in consumer psychology and buying patterns, assess and review how primary and secondary locations affect sales and stock turn, create merchandise displays in store and learn the value of point of sales marketing as well reacting and working with consumers directly.

The courses are from Level 1 Award in Retail Knowledge to Level 4 Diploma for Retail Managers and provide the hands on experience that is required for a successful career in today's ever changing retail sector.

LEVEL 1

Highfield Award in Retail Knowledge (RQF)
600/4645/4)


This regulated qualification is aimed at individuals who are already working within the retail sector or who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the sector, perhaps as checkout operators or sales assistants.
 

LEVEL 1

Highfield Certificate in Retail Knowledge (RQF) 600/4637/5


The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace or for learners who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the sector, perhaps as checkout operators or sales assistants.

Duration: 130 hours, 87 of which are recommended as guided learning hours

LEVEL 2

Highfield Certificate in Retail Knowledge (RQF)
600/3750/7


This regulated qualification is aimed at individuals who are either already working within retail or would like to enter into the sector.

The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace or for learners who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the sector.

Duration: 140 hours, 93 of which are recommended as guided learning hours

LEVEL 2

Highfield Certificate in Retail Skills (RQF) 600/4284/9


This regulated qualification is aimed at individuals who are working within a retail environment, who would like to further their skills as sales assistants.

This qualification is designed to support a role in the workplace or for learners who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the sector, perhaps as sales assistants or stockroom assistants.

Duration: 240 hours and of this 73 are recommended as guided learning hours

LEVEL 2

Highfield Diploma in Retail Skills (RQF) 600/4318/0


This regulated qualification is aimed at individuals who are working within a retail environment, who would like to further their skills as sales assistants.

The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace or for learners who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the sector, perhaps as sales assistants or stockroom assistants.

Duration: 370 hours and of this 115 are recommended as guided learning hours

LEVEL 2

Highfield Diploma in Retail (RQF) 603/4309/6


This qualification has been developed to support learners completing the Retailer apprenticeship standard and can be used to assess readiness for End Point Assessment. It covers the knowledge and skills of the standard, as described in the relevant Assessment Plan. It does not cover any merit or distinction criteria that may be part of the Assessment Plan. It is also designed as a stand-alone qualification for those learners wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification in retail.

Duration: 244 Guided Learning hours, Credit value: 37

LEVEL 3

Highfield Diploma for Retail Team Leading (RQF) 603/4423/4


This qualification has been developed to support learners completing the Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship Standard and can be used to assess their readiness for end-point assessment. This qualification covers the knowledge, skills and behaviour pass criteria of the standard, as described in the relevant Assessment Plan (ST0326/AP01).

The qualification is also designed as stand-alone qualification for those learners wishing to gain a nationally-recognised qualification in retail team leading.

Duration: The total qualification time for this qualification is 370 hours, of which 232 are recommended as guided learning hours.

LEVEL 4

Highfield Level 4 Diploma for Retail Management (RQF) 603/4424/6


This qualification has been developed to support learners completing the Retail Manager Apprenticeship Standard and can be used to assess their readiness for end-point assessment. The qualification is also designed as stand-alone qualification for those learners wishing to gain a nationally-recognised qualification in retail management.

Duration: The total qualification time for this qualification is 440 hours, of which 301 are recommended as guided learning hours
