Overview:

Working in a fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will have advanced PC skills especially Excel, with a keen interest in Internet processes and the brands. Knowledge of Shopify, Shopify Plus and Google Analytics would be ideal however the ability to prioritise and effectively communicate is key.
Must be able to respond to urgent requirements and queries. As Digital Assistant, your role will sit within a small marketing team with you overseeing all digital marketing activity. As the ideal candidate, you must have experience working within a digital marketing focused role.
You must have a great understanding of SEO, CRO, Content, Blogging, and Website Management. Great communication skills is essential and a passion for all things digital and marketing is a must!

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for delivery of critical path and product launches

  • Upload of images and content, and merchandise accordingly

  • Liaising with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure website information is kept in line with department objectives

  • Responding to queries both internally and externally, helping to resolve issues

  • Support with testing and updates on website

  • Liaise with the management to improve visuals online

  • Attention to detail and regular site checks, keeping the sites maintained and up to the high standards required

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis and reporting using Google Analytics

  • You must have strong copy-writing skills, have a keen eye for detail and understand the concepts of digital marketing

 

  • You would have ideally managed social media accounts - facebook, twitter etc

  • To grow the Ragyard and Socksmith UK business by attending regular customer meetings and internal brand development meetings and building strong relationships with a follow up of agreed actions and deadlines.

  • To keep streamlined accurate, real time records and digital files for all work in line with business process strategy and systems.
