Make UK’s inaugural National Manufacturing Day takes place on Thursday 7th July 2022 and Fashion-Enter Ltd will take part by opening up its Haringey factory. The day will commence with a visit from Abena Oppong-Asare MP, Shadow Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury. Her morning visit will provide an opportunity for Abena to tour and experience Fashion-Enter’s apparel manufacturing business and training facility.
Fashion-Enter Ltd is an award-winning social enterprise and a centre for ethical garment manufacturing with a leading status in the Fast Forward audit and is also SMETA audited. Fashion-Enter Ltd currently produces up to 30,000 garments a week from units in Haringey, North London and Wales for clients such as ASOS, N Brown, Brora, Jaeger (M&S) and designer brands such as Louisa Parris.
National Manufacturing Day gives the opportunity for manufacturers’ to showcase their range of highly skilled staff, services and jobs they have on offer by throwing open their doors in a UK wide Open House.
