Job Description:
As an E -Commerce Merchandiser you will work closely with the E-commerce team as well as the Buying team. Your main focus will be on efficient stock control and managing budgets. You will be very commercial in your thinking and approach to work, to take a wider view of the business as opposed to an independent merchandising function.
Responsibilities:

- Owning and managing a product category online
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Hitting online sales targets
- To support the Commercial Director in maximising sales across all online brands
- Ownership of KPI reporting on sales and margin by product category
- Liaising with the Commercial Director and Sales and Operations Director
- Monitor best sellers and ensure availability on all core products
- Create a forecasting plan quarterly to identify areas of opportunity and risk
- Use feedback from customers and analytic to gain how they navigate through the site and using this to improve the functionality of the website
Skills:

- Previous experience working within an e-commerce retail environment
- Experience with achieving online sales growth
- Ability to analyse e-commerce data, and use this to influence ideas and decision making
- Ambitious, keen to learn and develop
- Understanding of merchandising best practices
- Hands-on and not afraid to step in and support other areas in the business
