“A Perfect Experience” – FEL’s Factory Uncovered Seminar and Tour

It has been another busy week (commencing 13th May 2024) with visitors at Fashion-Enter Ltd and the FTA’s HQ in Haringey, North London.

Leading the visitors on their respective seminars and tours was Director, Caroline Ash, she commented:

“Wow! What an amazing week! All of our groups were fantastic.

We had the amazing LaSalle College, Montreal, starting the week with a return visit. We had great interaction, and they were blown away with our Styleverse AI Centre which we didn’t have on their last visit.

“This was followed by Exeter University, also on a repeat visit which went really well and it was lovely to see them again, it’s always such a pleasure to host them. They are returning next year which is great.

“Then came Babson University, USA, they hadn’t visited us before and were studying business but linked to fashion. We had a superb visit, working closely with their Professor on subject matter, we covered a huge amount and they got so much from the seminar. Can’t wait to see them again next year.

“Lastly, we had Texas Christian University join us for the first time, again the seminar went very well, and the students felt they learnt a lot from the visit.”

Lots of comments and feedback was given at the end of each session and included…

LaSalle College:

“Learned so much! Favourite parts: info session (regrowth) and AI – fascinating. We will be back on our next trip!”

“I learnt so much! Thank-you Caroline. Can’t wait to come back. Please stay in touch on LinkedIn.”

“I loved learning about the different steps of the garment making process and the attention to detail that goes behind it and all the technicalities.”

Exeter University:

“I have learnt about recent developments that I previously had no idea about. E.g. AI used to design clothing. Cool tech!”

“I found out about the fashion industry’s impact on the planet / environment and a range of techniques / processes to help reduce that impact.”

Babson University:

“Caroline was great; you can tell she’s very passionate and proud of the work that has been done which made the seminar more informing and entertaining.”

“I learned how AI can help contribute to sustainability, how the price of a garment is set. Loved the energy of the speaker.”

“I learnt about the whole process of how decisions affect cost, revenue and profit! Love Caroline! Best fashion educator ever!”

“The seminar is a perfect experience that covers all processes of manufacturing.”
