Empire College visit The Factory

On 12th and 13th November we welcomed two groups of students from Empire College to the Factory for an educational site visit.

The students studying business were interested to learn the processes of the factory and how we were able to run a sustainable and ethical business.

Production Director Caroline Ash took the students through each stage of the garment life cycle and explained the different roles and skills required in the process. She explained what we have put in place to ensure we are fully compliant and pass audits such as SMETA and Fast Forward.

Overall an insightful visit where the students gained a lot of invaluable information to assist with their studies.
